This summer, your child can learn to make and keep friends, develop better conversation skills, enhance his or her self-confidence, learn to handle conflicts peacefully, and continue academic progress. Before heading back to school, many kids could use a little help improving their social skills. This camp will offer a unique blend of role play, games, craft activities, books, videos, modeling, positive reinforcement, communication with parents, and "learning time." Would you like for your teen to get out into the community, have fun with his peers, and further develop his social skills all at the same time? Wynns Family Psychology is pleased to offer an advanced social skills summer camp for teenagers! This week-long, activity-based camp will provide teens with the opportunity to learn and practice social skills in "real time." Using a combination of "in-office" interpersonal group therapy and community-based social activities (bowling, mini-golf, outdoor activities, etc.), this summer camp will help your teen build self-esteem and improve life skills.
